 Seeking a candidate to assist with the recruiting/new hire processes that include participating in recruitment efforts such as developing relationships to insure an inflow of potential hires from various sources; the development of job descriptions and job ads/postings; assisting in the screening of applicants and scheduling interviews; developing and conducting orientations and new hire training; highlighting employees and the company through social media; and HR-related administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or previous experience in human resources; knowledge of employment law; superb written and spoken communication skills, excellent interpersonal relationship building skills, and an organized, detail-oriented work ethic.  Excellent computer and presentation skills are also required.
